Residential Life Workshop Overview
Forces both internal and external have prompted schools
to reevaluate their residential life programs. Today’s residential
life professionals must be knowledgeable about communication strategies,
management, and a variety of legal, sociological and psychological
issues. This workshop encompasses myriad timely topics chosen for
their relevance to your school’s mission of guiding and shaping
young lives. It is designed for professionals new to boarding school
residential life programs as well as for veteran deans, counselors,
heads of dorms, and heads of schools.
“This was one of the best workshops I’ve attended anywhere!
The presentations were smooth, insightful, full of valuable statistics,
superb, and extra ordinary.”
