Michael Gary Michael has spent the last 19 years in admissions for three different boarding schools: Pomfret School, The Peddie School and Phillips Exeter Academy. A graduate of Pomfret, Michael studied economics at Trinity College in Hartford and earned his Master’s degree in Administration and Social Policy from Harvard in 1995. He acquired his marketing skills over the next several years while working in advertising and marketing, and teaching economics. Kimberly C. Loughlin An alumna of the Loomis Chaffee School, Kim has an intimate knowledge of boarding school from multiple perspectives. In addition to her work in admission, she is the website manager, the international student coordinator, residential dorm parent, and a student advisor. Kim also serves on the Senior Administrative Team, School Task Force, and the Curriculum Committee at Oldfields. Cindy McWillliams Cindy McWilliams has been involved in admission for the past 29 years at Millbrook School. She has been the director of admission for the past twelve years, with responsibilities that include enrollment management, publications, institutional research, coordination with the alumni and development offices, and a marketing approach that involves parent and alumni representatives. Cindy’s husband is on the faculty, and their two children have attended Millbrook. Tom Sheppard Tom began his career path in 1991 when he joined the faculty at Perkiomen School. After five years of experience in the classroom, Tom moved to New York in 1996 and became director of admission and financial aid at Trinity Pawling School. In 1999, Tom shed his winter wardrobe and headed for sunny California to become director of admission at Stevenson School.
